Real Estate Coordinators
What You’ll Do:
Oversee property listings, showings, and inspections for both sales and leasing.
Maintain accurate records of properties, agreements, and client information.
Respond promptly to sales and leasing inquiries, scheduling viewings and providing detailed property information.
Conduct property viewings for prospective buyers and tenants
Utilize marketing platforms to promote properties and generate leads.
Support lease and sales negotiations, ensuring clear communication and documentation.
Coordinate lease and sales contract signings, as well as move-in/out processes.
Collaborate with property owners, tenants, buyers, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain client satisfaction.
Provide administrative support, including preparing contracts, processing applications, and record-keeping.
What We’ll Need:
Willingness to work on-site at our office
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
Previous experience in leasing, property management, or real estate administration is advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and tenants.
Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
