Real Estate Coordinators

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee property listings, showings, and inspections for both sales and leasing.
  • Maintain accurate records of properties, agreements, and client information.
  • Respond promptly to sales and leasing inquiries, scheduling viewings and providing detailed property information.
  • Conduct property viewings for prospective buyers and tenants
  • Utilize marketing platforms to promote properties and generate leads.
  • Support lease and sales negotiations, ensuring clear communication and documentation.
  • Coordinate lease and sales contract signings, as well as move-in/out processes.
  • Collaborate with property owners, tenants, buyers, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Provide administrative support, including preparing contracts, processing applications, and record-keeping.

What We’ll Need:

  • Willingness to work on-site at our office
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in leasing, property management, or real estate administration is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and tenants.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
