Patty founded the company as a private real estate brokerage in 2017. Prior to Everbright, she was a multi-awarded real estate agent from one of the country’s largest real estate developers. Spanning a real estate experience of 10 years, Patty has transacted with hundreds of buyers and sellers successfully as a sole broker. Today, she continues to head the operations and expansion of Everbright towards becoming a premier real estate brokerage in the Philippines. Patty is a real estate investor as well as new mom to his son, Kingson. She currently resides in Salcedo Village, Makati.

As a Buyer's Broker/Agent we will help you find the best options that fit
your property requirements, schedule oculars, and finalize on the property
you decide on. We will then negotiate on the offer you make.
Once agreement is met, we will draft all documentations and verify all
property collateral documents such as (Certificate of Title, payment of taxes
on the property, and other fees).
Our Listing Services includes marketing of your properties, generating leads,
screening potential buyers or tenants, negotiating for you with the buyers or
tenants offer.
Once agreement is met, we will oversee preparing all documentations,
including collating, and coordinating all documentary requirements for title
transfer from you to the new owners or buyers.
Our Leasing Services includes marketing your properties, screening tenants
and preparing the lease agreement of the unit owner/s and tenant/s. Also
included in this is the service of collecting all payments pertaining to the
monthly lease or rental payments, when needed.
Our Property Management includes the following services such as service of
fielding tenant complaints and making or ordering repairs, canvassing for
suppliers throughout the lease and after the lease should there be necessary repairs/works, cashing in/depositing of monthly rental checks, coordinating with the property administration, and contractors.
We coordinate and hire outside contractors when necessary for any repairs or
works that might be needed for your property. As your property manager, we
will also be responsible for taking care of the property even when there is no
tenant, if you are under our annual service agreement.
Our Title Transfer services include everything from start to finish! From
procuring of necessary documents for all the government agencies,
gathering actual computation assessments of taxes and fees to be paid, to
collection and making of payments from seller and/or buyer, to processing
documents thru Bureau of Internal Revenue, City Treasurer’s Office, Registry
of Deeds and City Assessor’s Office.
