Business Development Associate

YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Build and maintain relationships with property owners.
• Source new high-quality listings from existing and new property owners.
• Respond promptly to property enlistment inquiries and ensure accurate processing.
• Identify marketable listings and collaborate with the Creatives team to develop marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team to promote listings and drive marketing efforts.
• Present listings to agents and clients and assist in negotiation and closing processes.
• Manage Company’s Listing Accounts until completion.
• Collaborate with the Creatives team on digital marketing initiatives.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Previous experience in business development or real estate is a must.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in digital marketing or content creation is advantageous
