Manage property portals and online marketing postings (including Facebook Page and Marketplace), ensuring accurate and timely updates to listings and promotional materials
Conduct online searches and inquiries for properties that match broker requirements, gathering relevant information and presenting findings to the broker
Coordinate and manage schedules for viewings, appointments, and important personal events (e.g., medical appointments, special events), ensuring efficient time management for the broker.
Attend viewings on behalf of the broker when necessary, providing detailed feedback and observations as needed.
Maintain and foster good relationships with clients and brokers, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring client satisfaction throughout transactions.
Prepare and draft contracts, offers, and other documentation required for transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
Oversee aftersales accounts, addressing any requests or concerns from active accounts and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Perform other related and/or personal tasks for the broker as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving needs.
YOU MUST HAVE:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in real estate.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online marketing platforms.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing priorities.
Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
